Help

After you get your subscription link, follow the steps below on your phone or computer. Pick your platform for detailed instructions.

1 Get your link

After you sign in, open DashboardConnection:

  • Desktop: click Copy and paste the link into your app.
  • Mobile: open sing-box, Shadowrocket, or a compatible app → use “scan / import subscription” and scan the QR code on your dashboard.

⚠️ Scan inside the client app, not with the system camera (it often only opens a web page).

2 Choose your device

Select your platform to see setup steps. You can also switch manually if auto-detection is wrong.

4 Verify

With proxy on, open ip.sb or google.com in a browser — if it loads, you’re connected.

Troubleshooting

  • • Subscription won’t update: check the full link or copy again from Dashboard.
  • • Timeouts: try another node or retry later.
  • • After renewal the same link works — just update the subscription in the app.
  • • After a new phone or reinstall, re-import your subscription from Dashboard or your card QR — the link stays the same.
  • • No nodes after import: confirm your plan is active and tap update subscription; check system time and network.
  • • Some sites still blocked: often routing rules — try global vs rule mode, or read the scenario guides in Tutorials.
  • • Contact support: use the email in the site footer or on the plans page; include your account email and a short description.
  • • Devices: your plan allows multiple simultaneous devices (see plan details and Dashboard); manage registered devices in Dashboard if you hit the limit.
