iOS 上没有真正的「桌面式系统代理」
在 iPhone/iPad 上，Shadowrocket、Stash、Surge 等通过 VPN/Network Extension 工作——用户点「连接」即建立隧道，实质就是 TUN，会弹出「添加 VPN 配置」。你主要选的是：Rule 分流 vs Global 全局，以及是否让本地 App DIRECT。
怎么选：按你的 App 组合
- 只浏览网页：Rule + 目标域名走代理即可，不必 Global。
- Telegram/微信类 + 外网：Rule，本地支付/银行 DIRECT，外网走 PROXY；Telegram 媒体差时检查 UDP/TUN 已开。
- 游戏/语音：全程连接 + 低丢包节点；见「游戏与语音」。
