开发者的典型分裂：浏览器行、终端不行

在 Windows 上写代码时，Chrome/Edge 会读系统代理，但 git、npm、pip、cargo、WSL、部分 IDE 内置终端往往不读系统代理设置，仍走真实网络。于是出现：文档站能开、git clone 超时；ChatGPT 网页可用、插件/CLI 403。这类问题用 TUN 比继续调系统代理更有效。

推荐工作流

  1. 日常浏览：v2rayN / sing-box / Clash 开 系统代理 + Rule，国内域名 DIRECT。
  2. 终端/git/包管理器失败：开 TUN 模式（首次需管理员安装 TUN 服务）。
  3. WSL：在 Windows 侧 TUN 通常能覆盖 WSL2 流量；若仍漏，查 WSL 是否单独配了代理。
  4. 公司电脑：若装了企业 VPN，见「零信任冲突」。

git 不走 Windows 系统代理怎么办？
开 TUN，让 git 进程流量进隧道；或给 git 单独配 HTTP 代理（不如 TUN 省心）。
TUN 和系统代理能同时开吗？
多数客户端二选一或 TUN 已含整机接管；按客户端说明，避免重复劫持。
WSL 里 curl 仍直连？
确认 Windows 侧 TUN 已连接；必要时在 WSL 内也配置代理环境变量。
