First, the honest picture: what's going on with Signal in Iran (still blocked)

Let's state the most important fact up front: Signal is still in a blocked state in Iran. It has been blocked since February 2021 (many users moved to Signal after WhatsApp's privacy-policy change, and it was blocked shortly after). This isn't you configuring it wrong — this kind of single-point, fingerprintable channel is inherently fragile under Iran-style filtering. How to use Signal in Iran: concrete steps

  1. Copy your subscription link from your account page (for the Iran environment, prefer VLESS+Reality nodes).
  2. Install a mature client: Shadowrocket on iOS, sing-box or v2rayN on Android / desktop, and import the subscription URL (don't add single nodes by hand).
