macOS 两种模式的接管范围
系统代理：改系统网络设置，Safari/Chrome 等遵守；终端、部分原生 App 可能不读。TUN（utun）：在 IP 层接管整机，适合 IDE/终端/git/Telegram 桌面版一起走隧道。macOS 额外有两件事：Gatekeeper 未签名开发者警告（首次打开客户端）和Apple Silicon / Intel 选对安装包。
兼容性坑：和公司 VPN 抢 utun
Corporate VPN（Cisco/Zero Trust 等）与客户端 TUN 常互斥——同时开可能全断。若你只需浏览器访问外网，可退回系统代理；要终端/IDE 走隧道，需协调公司 IT 或分时使用。详见「企业零信任冲突」。
