弱网 + 公共 Wi‑Fi：Proxy/TUN 不是关键，链路质量才是

在机场、酒店、咖啡馆，丢包和抖动往往比「用 proxy 还是 tun」更致命。系统代理与 TUN 在弱网下都会断，但 TUN 至少保证整机 App 同走一条隧道，不会出现「浏览器能上、地图 App 定位乱跳」的分裂。出行建议：Rule 分流 + 可快速切换的 2–3 个节点，不要依赖单一免费公共代理。

出行快速恢复清单

  1. 切飞行模式 5 秒再开，清掉 captive portal 残留 DNS。
  2. 换节点：优先丢包低的线路，不只看 ping 数字。
  3. 蜂窝数据比劣质 Wi‑Fi 更稳时，直接用手机热点 + 客户端连接。
  4. 视频/地图大流量：尽量 Wi‑Fi 下预加载，避免高峰时段硬扛。
  5. 全国/区域性断网演练时，任何境外隧道都可能失效——这不是客户端能解决的。
