核心区别

Proxy 通常指 HTTP/SOCKS 代理，只覆盖部分程序；VPN/TUN 接管整机流量。VLESS+Reality 是现代 VPN 隧道协议，不是传统 OpenVPN。

怎么选

  1. 只浏览网页 → 系统代理可能够
  2. 要终端/游戏/IM → TUN
